RANDALL CLEMSON

Mr. Clemson entered the real estate valuation business in early 2005 as an appraiser with CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Clemson was ranked as one of the top producers at CBRE in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In March 2009, Mr. Clemson joined, Strategic Valuation Group, PLC, as a partner. Most recently, in March 2011, Mr. Clemson became a founding partner of Strategic Valuation Group of Arizona, PLC.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate appraisal industry, Mr. Clemson was an Associate for the money management firm Howard Capital Management in Los Angeles (Brentwood) California. At Howard Capital, Mr. Clemson was responsible for the management of fixed income portfolios for high net worth individuals. Prior to that, Mr. Clemson was a Financial Consultant for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. in Los Angeles (Century City), California and Scottsdale, Arizona.

Appraisal Experience

Mr. Clemson’s appraisal experience involves a wide variety of property types including retail power centers, retail neighborhood/community centers, retail strip centers, retail pad buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, multi-tenant industrial projects, single tenant office and industrial buildings, limited and full service hotels, luxury resorts, senior housing facilities (skilled nursing/assisted/independent living), medical office buildings, surgery centers, apartments, net lease investments, residential subdivisions, master planned communities, townhouse projects, residential condominium projects, and high-rise condominium projects. He has completed appraisal assignments in Arizona, Nevada,
New Mexico and Iowa.

Mr. Clemson is qualified and has testified in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Clemson is qualified and has testified in Arizona Superior Court.
